Join us for a hands-on experience making delicious canned goods and gain confidence knowing that you can safely and effectively preserve nature’s bounty! Workshop will be at Hudson High School’s state-of-the art culinary lab, where participants will receive hands-on instruction, recipes and two jars of the finished product to take home. Get your food preservation questions answered with reliable, research based information.
Cost is $20 per person per workshop. Registration and payment due by June 13, 2017. Space is limited to 15 each workshop.
