Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes – 3 Class Series

Diabetes is not curable, but it is manageable. With proper management, people with diabetes can keep their costs, health risks, quality of life and productivity very close to those without the disease.

Recent DWBW class with instructors Amy Wright, Joel Redus and Ann Watson.

You can Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes!

Classes are in a relaxed, casual atmosphere and led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator or a Registered Nurse. We want to get your questions answered. Our curriculum is consistent with the American Diabetes Association Standards of Care.

Our next class series is scheduled for October 10th, & 17th, & 24th from 9-11am at our office at 2201 S Medford Drive in Lufkin.

Cost is $20 per person for the entire 3-class series.  Scholarships are available to anyone in financial need.  We will turn no one away due to lack of funds.
