The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is a unique education agency with a statewide network of professional educators, trained volunteers, and county offices. It reaches into every Texas county to address local priority needs. Some of our major efforts in Angelina County include education for agricultural producers and landowners promoting productivity and stewardship; engaging youth in learning projects, leadership development, and community service through Texas 4-H; enhancing food security; chronic disease prevention and management; and promotion of healthy individuals, families, and communities through high-quality, engaging educational efforts.
