Lunch and Learn Events “Gut Health”
A big THANK YOU to Dr. Darla O’Dwyer, PhD, RDN, LD, for providing an excellent presentation and Q&A session at the January “Gut Health” Lunch & Learn! Our Lunch and Learn events are held the second Wednesday of select months. All are invited to these short and sweet seminars covering a variety of health and wellness topics. Expect to receive straight forward information to empower you to make wise decisions and live a healthy lifestyle!
