Lunch and Learn Events “Gut Health”

 

A big THANK YOU to Dr. Darla O’Dwyer, PhD, RDN, LD, for providing an excellent presentation and Q&A session at the January “Gut Health” Lunch & Learn!  We all learned a lot about how to support a healthy gut microbiome and why that is crucial to overall health.  You can learn more or schedule a consultation with Dr. O’Dwyer at www.gutprofessor.com.

 

 

Our Lunch and Learn events are held the second Wednesday of select months. All are invited to these short and sweet seminars covering a variety of health and wellness topics. Expect to receive straight forward information to empower you to make wise decisions and live a healthy lifestyle!

Our next Lunch & Learn Event will be February 14th at noon. “Heart Health”
Lunch served at noon. Presentation and discussion 12:10-12:45pm.
RSVP required, 936-634-6414.  $5 donation suggested to cover food cost.
