Come join us for a hands-on experience making delicious fruit jam and gain confidence knowing that you can safely and effectively preserve nature’s bounty!

Workshop led by Dr. Jenna Anding, Professor and Extension Nutrition Specialist, and Joel Redus, County Extension Agent.  Get your food preservation questions answered with reliable, research-based information.  Each participate will get hands-on instruction, recipes, and two jars of jam to take home!
