Horse Validation is open on 4-H Online: Horse validation will be open from March 1^st through May 1^st and the cost will again be $10 per horse through April 15^th and $20 per horse from April 16^th through May 1^st.  Make sure the entire horse is visible in the pictures that you upload on the website.
