With so much information, and misinformation, about food production and nutrition, trying to eat healthy can be quite confusing.  Join us at the Angelina County Extension Office from 6:30 to 8:00 pm to separate fact from fiction and gain the knowledge to make informed decisions about feeding your family.  We will address common misconceptions about how our food is grown and produced, hear from local farmers and ranchers, and demonstrate a few quick, healthy recipes.  RSVPs appreciated.
