Cooking Well for Healthy Blood Pressure is a cooking school designed to help people with high blood pressure (hypertension) or pre-high blood pressure (pre-hypertension) and anyone that prepares food for them. Cooking Well for Healthy Blood Pressure will be delivered in three evening sessions packed with researched based information on management and prevention of high blood pressure and delicious high blood pressure friendly recipes. Classes will be held June 4th, 11th, & 18th, from 5:30 – 7:30.

Following instruction, participants will get hands-on experience cooking a variety a healthy dishes and learn how to incorporate them into their meal plans.
$25 per person or $40 per couple. There is a limited number of scholarships available on a first-come, first serve basis to cover costs for those needing financial assistance
