Cooking Well Exploring Cultures – Virtual Class, Free in April

Cooking Well Exploring Cultures is now available online!  Cooking Well Exploring Cultures is a four-session hands-on course to provide education on nutrition and food safety via an interest in cultural cuisine. Family recipes from Poland, India, the Philippines, and Interior Mexico were adapted to fit nutritional guidelines while maintaining their cultural integrity. Program participants will learn new ingredients and cooking techniques to improve their confidence in cooking healthy and diverse recipes at home.

Cooking Well Exploring Cultures will be available FREE for the month of April!  For the introductory rate, use the voucher code: EXPLORECOOKING (Voucher expires 4/30/2020). The course will be offered for $20 starting May 1, 2020.
