Join us for a hands-on experience making delicious canned goods and gain confidence knowing that you can safely and effectively preserve nature’s bounty! Workshop will be at Hudson High School’s state-of-the art culinary lab, where participants will receive hands-on instruction, recipes and two jars of the finished product to take home.
Get your food preservation questions answered with reliable, research based information. Workshops will be led by County Extension Agents Joel Redus of Angelina County and Vickie Lacy of Panola County.
Cost is $20 per person per workshop. Registration and payment due by July 12, 2016. Space is limited to 15 each workshop.
