Come and learn about Maintaining a Healthy Blood Pressure at the Angelina County Extension Office, on Wednesday, April 24th, 12:15 – 12:45 PM. Must RSVP to 936-634-6414, by Monday, April 22, 2019. This is the fourth program in the Health and Wellness Lunch N’ Learn series.

The Lunch N’ Learn series are quick 30 minute sessions held on the 4th Wednesday of every month, from 12:15 – 12:45. A light lunch is served, but donations are accepted. Always held at the Angelina County Extension Office, RSVP by the Monday before the event to 936-634-6414.
